6 arm Dual Speed Primary Clutch, 5.5 diameter for overdrive. For 3/4" shaft only. We do not have a splined version at this time.

All new unique design.  The concept of this design is to provide an improved amount of force to the belt approximately for the first 30% to 70% of the belts shift and then release the force once the vehicles momentum is established. 

This design solves the biggest problem that all racers face from years past-- belt slip and over revving during hard acceleration.  Problem solved, Hang on! 

The way it works:

All 6 cam arms engage at the same time providing over twice the amount of force to the belt. Once the movable sheave has shifted 30% to 70% of its now adjustable shift the three 1st stage cam arms sign off due to centrifugal force that holds them suspended above the movable sheaves rollers. This allows the three main cam arms to finish the shift and acquire the proper operating rpm. 

We have spent many hours testing the JR Rage. Results of our test car have been a 4 tenths gain over a prior conventional set up.  We can now change and control the total shift in two ways.  This JR Rage will provide a more consistent shift curve and will also increase reaction times on the tree.

First is by adding more mass to the 1st stage arms and secondly by changing the roller diameters.  Yes it’s that simple.  By decreasing the roller diameter the 1st stage arms let go of the shift earlier and by increasing the roller diameter the arms shift longer before release.

The JR Rage comes with three 2nd stage main cam arms that are capable of adding adjustable weight to them. It also comes with the three 1st stage arms that are capable of adding adjustable weight to them as well for adjusting that killer hole shot.  Also a set of three different size rollers will be provided.

Supreme Tool has been designing, building, racing and testing CVT clutching for all kinds of applications for over ten years.  This is a very simple tunable concept that once mastered you will never go back to the old school method of clutching.  You tiring changing of cam arm curves, different cam arm weights, different springs, different shimming, different belts etc,etc,etc is now over.

This is the same technology that holds the current snowmobile records below. We also have three test sleds running the asphalt one of which went 8.17seconds in the 1/4 mile recently @ MilanMichigan.  We soon believe we can get to a mid 7 second pass.
